Saskatchewan’s Net Metering/Net Billing incentives allows homeowners and businesses the ability to cancel their power bills by backfeeding excess solar-generated electricity to the grid.
The program pertains to any system with a peak output of 100 kw or less, to bank excess power. This banked power is then applied as credit towards monthly consumption. In many situations, this can eliminate a home/business power bill.
The CCA is a Federal tax deduction for Canadian businesses who are looking to upgrade their depreciable property. This act will allow for favorable tax deductions for any eligible property.
